Ever wished for something, hoping and praying that you would get it, but when you finally get it, it’s not what you expected? Somehow your wish has been twisted and used against you? Well in “Hex Marks The Spot” by Scott Haan everyone’s wish is twisted and made WAY to literal. Wondering what we mean? Come see 3rd period’s performance of “Hex Marks the Spot” on Monday, January 9th, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the O’Leary Auditorium. It is Free with your O’Leary activity card, $3 for adults, $2 for students without activity card. Be careful what you wish for… you may not like what you receive.
The College of Southern Idaho announces auditions for the musical "Oliver!", based on the classic novel Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens. There are chorus and leading roles are for children ages 8 to 18. Auditions will be held on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 4th from 4 to 6 pm at the CSI Fine Arts Theatre. Students should come prepared to read from the script and bring a song to sing. You will be asked to sing 'Happy Birthday' if you do not bring your own song. Rehearsals will run from 4-6 pm on weekdays and the show runs February 28th, March 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th. Our very own Mrs. Clark will be in charge of music for this production!
Clarifier: ONLY CHILDREN ages 8-18 are to audition on January 4th.
There WILL be a college & community audition; it will take place January 18 and 19 from 4-6 pm at CSI, in the Fine Arts Theatre. This show is open to community members (not just CSI students and faculty).
