At Bridge Academy, we believe that student success goes beyond academics—it includes attendance, behavior, and personal growth. That’s why we’ve implemented the Resiliency Points Matrix (RPM) to encourage and reward students for their hard work and dedication.
What is the RPM?
The Resiliency Points Matrix is a school-wide incentive program designed to motivate students to:
✅ Attend school consistently
✅ Demonstrate positive behavior
✅ Stay on top of their academic progress
How it works
Students earn points each quarter based on key areas:
🔹 Attendance – Fewer absences mean more points!
🔹 Behavior – Positive choices and respect earn rewards.
🔹 Academics – Turning in progress reports and maintaining good grades adds up.
Why It Matters
This program helps students develop important life skills such as accountability, goal-setting, and perseverance. By recognizing and celebrating their achievements, we create a positive, motivating school culture where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
